以上為某外資半導(dǎo)體企業(yè)采購的潔凈電梯合同掃描文件。潔凈電梯的具體要求如下：

Requirement as below,in order to reach the target of the elevator cleaning measures and the equipment and require for the dust-free environment and for the equipment needed to maintain pressure are all belong to the range of party supplies.(FFU and filter provided by the elevator manufacturer,factory type requested by the owners )

翻譯：

以下所述，為了達(dá)成電梯無塵環(huán)境所需之潔凈措施與設(shè)備，與為維持壓差所需之設(shè)備，皆為乙方供應(yīng)范圍。（FFU及濾材由電梯廠商提供，工廠類型依照業(yè)主要求）

i.All is needed to meet the above mentioned freight elevator,clean staircase requirement。

需要滿足以上所述貨梯、無塵電梯之規(guī)范要求：

ii.clean lift to produce between sereral floors a staircase enclosure clean envionment for personnel and product delivery

無塵電梯用以產(chǎn)生一個(gè)梯箱潔凈環(huán)境用于幾個(gè)樓層之間人員和產(chǎn)品的運(yùn)送。

iii.Add filter fan car ,should be sufficient to maintain the circulation of air inside the staircase box for air,to keep the ladder inside the 1000 level of cleanliness

轎箱頂加設(shè)過濾風(fēng)扇，須足夠保持梯箱內(nèi)的空氣流通換氣，以維持梯箱內(nèi)1000等級(jí)的清潔度。

iv.Elevator contractor should install concealed air return road and filter in clean lift ladderwall

電梯承包商在無塵電梯梯箱壁 中安裝隱蔽式空氣回風(fēng)道及濾網(wǎng)。

v.Mechaincal room or shaft should be assembled exhaust equipment,deflate room air result in differential pressure.(Clean package is reponsible for)

機(jī)械室或井道應(yīng)有排氣設(shè)備,抽出機(jī)房空氣產(chǎn)生壓差環(huán)鏡(凈化工程負(fù)責(zé))

vi.The floors,walls,foof,staircase wall and interior materials of mechanical  room should bepainted epoxy coating to dustproof(cleansing contractors are responsible for it).

機(jī)械室地面、壁面、頂面，梯井壁面與內(nèi)部材料皆應(yīng)涂裝EPOXY以防塵(潔凈承包商負(fù)責(zé))。

vii. The stainless steel material is used at back of the lift hall,stainless steel ladder box material back and lift steell skeleton should be dust-proof and anti-static paint coating,treatment for 304 stainless steel ladder box floor flat-floor(t=3.0mm).

電梯廳不銹鋼板材料背面,梯箱不銹鋼板材料背面及電梯鋼梁骨架應(yīng)涂裝防塵漆及防靜電處理,梯箱地板為304不銹鋼平面地板。
